For business

Let the conversation carry the relationship, not the language gap.

Use one browser room for early client conversations and international partnerships.

For a one-to-one call with a client, supplier or partner who speaks another language, VoiceCallTranslator translates both voices live in the browser. You send one link; they join without installing anything or creating an account, and only you pay for the time.

Where it fits

First conversations with an overseas supplier or manufacturer, when you want to hear them explain their process rather than read it in an email.

Check-ins with a client whose English is good enough for email but not for a long, detailed call.

Interviews, onboarding and regular one-to-ones with a colleague or contractor who works in another language.

Sales and support calls where the other person is more comfortable, and more candid, in their own language.

How a business call works

Create a room for each relationship and set its languages once. Its link stays the same until you close the room, so it can sit in the calendar invitation for every call.

Your guest opens the link, types their name and joins. Each of you speaks your own language and hears the other translated a moment later. A running transcript shows every sentence in both languages, so a name or a figure that went by quickly is easy to glance back at.

The original voice and the translation have separate volumes, so you can keep the speaker's tone audible underneath the translation.

What it costs

There is no seat licence and no monthly plan. You buy prepaid minutes that never expire, and they are spent only while both of you are connected, so a quiet month costs nothing. Your guests are never charged.

Limits to know before you rely on it

A room holds two people: you and one guest. For a meeting with several people on each side, it is not the right tool.

Machine translation is good at conversation and weaker at exact terms, figures and names. Confirm prices, quantities, dates and anything contractual in writing afterwards, and use a professional interpreter for legal or financial negotiations.

We never record your call. Connections are encrypted in transit but not end to end, because the translator has to hear the audio. If your organisation requires end-to-end encryption for client calls, this does not meet that requirement.

Common questions

Does my client need an account?

No. Guests join from the link in their browser, with no app, no account and no charge.

Can more than two people join?

No. Each room holds two people, you and one guest. Group calls are not available.

Is the call recorded or stored?

No. We never record your call. A transcript can be shown during the call; it stays on each person's device and disappears when the call ends.
